Why Exercise when you can Dancercise
Dancercise is a dance and fitness studio started with the aim to spread health and happiness through dance. Dancercise, as the name suggests is a combination of dance and exercise. We teach most dance forms such as jazz, bollywood, hip hop, contemporary, locking popping, ball room, and salsa.
Although, fitness is an integral part of all our courses, we also have specialised fitness classes such as Zumba and Pilates.
